Meet the Board of Directors
Direction and decision-making for AgCredit is handed down from our 10-member board of directors, comprised of farmers and agribusiness professionals in the communities we serve.
The elected members of the board have vast experience in agriculture and business. They provide direction and focus to the management team.
Dustin Sonnenberg
Region 2
Western Lucas, Henry, and Wood Counties
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Sonnenberg (50) was elected to the Board in 2016, 2019 and 2022. His term expires in 2025.
David J. Conrad
Region 8
Erie, Huron, and Lorain Counties
Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Conrad (61) was elected to the Board in 2015, 2018 and 2021. His term expires in 2024.
Terry McClure
Region 1
Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert County
Mr. McClure (62) was elected to the Board in 2023. His term expires in 2026.
Kevin Flanagan
Region 3
Hardin and Hancock Counties
Mr. Flanagan (62) was elected to the Board in 2019 and 2022. His term expires in 2025.
Scott Chalfin
Region 4
Eastern Lucas, Ottawa, and Sandusky Counties
Mr. Chalfin (61) was elected to the Board in 2022. His term expires in 2025.
Gary L. Baldosser
Region 5
Seneca County
Mr. Baldosser (56) was elected to the Board in 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2021. His term expires in 2024.
Michael A. Thiel
Region 6
Marion and Wyandot Counties
Mr. Thiel (55) was elected to the Board in 2015, 2018 and 2021. His term expires in 2024.
Stephen Reinhard
Region 7
Crawford and Morrow Counties
Mr. Reinhard (55) was elected to the Board in 2023. His term expires in 2026.
Dr. David M. Stott, Ph.D., CPA
Dr. Stott (59) was appointed in 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2021 as an outside director. His term expires in 2024.
Fred Pond
Mr. Pond (70) was appointed to the board in 2022 as an outside director.
